Clint: How come when you put bread in a toaster it becomes toast, but when you put a bagel in a toaster it's still a bagel? Like sure it's a toasted bagel but it's not like we ever call toast 'toasted bread'.

Kevin McCormick Headcanons

- Although a lot of people assume different, Kevin is actually a really good older brother to his siblings.

- Unlike Kenny, Kevin has a better relationship with his mom than his dad, which isn't much since he hardly has a relationship with his dad. (I say 'unlike Kenny' because he's shown to have a better relationship with his dad than his mom imo, and the wiki even said it too.)

- Speaking of which, a lot of people say that Kevin is actually really calm and that one part in "The Poor Kid" where he's physically fighting with his dad never really happens aside from that one time. However, I think otherwise. I believe that he would be calm and nice to his siblings, but he'll get angry when his dad says something stupid about his siblings or complains about being poor.

-But I think the result would be different depending on how sober he is. When he's sober, he would probably tell his dad to shut up or he would get up and leave the room with his siblings. When he's drunk, his dad will say the same thing and then all of sudden a punch is thrown and they're at each other's throats.

- Kevin drinks and smokes cigarettes. He smokes inside and outside but he never does it in the kitchen, and his or Kenny's room because he doesn't think it's fair to stain their rooms with the smell especially if they're in there. The living room is fair game though.

- He tries to drink when they're not there but they usually are so... yeah.

- Kevin is very quiet around people who aren't his family, which means he has almost no friends, except for Shelly.

- Since his speech is a little slurred and he repeats what he says, a lot of people call him retarded, but in reality, when he was learning how to talk, his parents were usually wasted so now he talks like they did.

- So when he's drunk, it's hard for anyone who isn't related to him to understand him. Though, there have been times where they couldn't comprehend his speech either.

- Due to his drinking, he was suspended from school for two weeks in grade seven.

- Although he'd never admit it, he's scared to move out because as much as he doesn't like his current home life, he doesn't want to leave his siblings there and be alone because he knows it would be a while before he could get enough money to support them all. Also, he's worried about what his parents would become with all of them gone.

- He is currently working illegally as a car mechanic (he's still too young) to help out with the bills when his parents don't pay them. He enjoys it and is waiting until summer to drop out of middle school to work there full time. Besides, he isn't very smart anyways.

- He has a crush on Shelly, and Kenny teases him about it RELENTLESSLY, like nonstop. Karen draws a bunch of pictures of him and Shelly and puts them up on Kevin's side of the room, while going off about having a sister. They both encourage him to go for it, but he doesn't think he'll ever be able to.

- In his spare time, Kevin is usually hanging out with Karen. He'll play dolls with her and take her to the park. Then at night, since they share a room, he'll read her a story but change the words so it doesn't make sense to make her laugh and then after they'll talk about their futures and their current woes.

- When Kenny or Karen (sometimes both) have nightmares, they'll snuggle up with him in his bed when he's sleeping.

- They're a lot closer than people think. Like he takes Karen trick or treating when Kenny goes with his friends and carries her candy for her. He also braids her hair sometimes. And he teaches Kenny poker tricks and how to ride a bike. He also introduced him to his beloved magazines.

- While Kenny is Karen's rock, Kevin is Kenny's. But either way, he reminds both of them that they are loved to make sure they never felt how he did before they came along.

- His teeth are really fucked up, which is why he has braces. How his parents got them? Who knows. But he knows they sacrificed a lot for them so he's grateful for that.

- He likes watching stupid shows with his parents.

- He fucking L O V E S waffles

Animaniacs Headcanon

Since the Warners had been without parents for god knows how long, Yakko obviously stepped up and became his siblings' provider. However, since all they've ever had was each other, he became really protective of them and would glare down and avoid anyone who even looked at his sibs. With this in mind, having to let them go to one-on-one meetings with Dr. Scratchansniff and then leaving them to go to those meetings himself left him angry and incredibly paranoid, despite covering it up with his comments and shenanigans.

Fortunately, after a while, Yakko started to realize how close his siblings and even he was becoming with Scratchansniff. Even if the Psychiatrist was being driven up the wall constantly, he would always be there for them if they needed him to be and even when they just wanted him to be like when he would take them all out and just let them be kids without ridiculing them, or standing up for them to Plotz. Yakko believed that he truly cared for them in a way no one else had, which meant a lot and helped him let his guard down and trust him with the only family he had left. Hell, it made Yakko open up to him more, even confiding in him sometimes. And it used to make him jealous but he knew his siblings did too.

And as strange as it sounds, Dr. Scratchansniff was kind of like a father figure to them, as they were like the children he never had. It was an unspoken thing but deep inside they all could see it and knew it to be true, regardless of what anyone else would say.

Sokka and Katara Headcanon

So, I can't remember if it ever mentions this in Avatar: The Last Airbender because I haven't watched it in years, despite having been able to.

But, anyway, here we go!

So while Sokka and Katara can speak English, they can also speak the language of their tribe which is their first language. When they are talking late at night or sometimes when they're walking around, they slip back into the language and just talk, whether it's about their next mission, some juicy gossip they heard, their feelings, it doesn't matter. Just the familiarity of it makes any conversation that much better. It was almost a way to make it seem like they were home.

One night when they were doing this, the rest of the Gaang woke up hearing it and thought they were under attack. But when they found that their foes were in fact their friends, they lowered their weapons and sat down to listen in secret, despite not being able to understand it. Just hearing the foreign language and seeing the two of them talking like this was beautiful in a way to them. So beautiful, in fact, they all agreed to not say anything in fear it would scare the pair into not doing it anymore.

Bonus: 

When they do something illegal in a place where they’re not recognized and all else fails, they fall back on Plan E and pretend they don’t know English at all or only one of them (typically Katara) can understand a little bit of it.

Animaniacs, man

I love how relatable Yakko, Wakko, and Dot really are in terms of being siblings! Like, for the most part, they are a bunch of goofballs who just want to have fun and go to crazy lengths to enjoy life. They stick together as a team in their crazy antics until the very end, ensuring that they had as much fun as possible (literally almost every episode). Then, as all siblings do, they tease each other and poke fun and annoy each other like in Cutie and the Beast when Dot tells Wakko that girls are only attracted to him until they learn he doesn't bathe or when Dot keeps screwing up her lines and Yakko and Wakko make fun of her for it. They also bicker and argue, picking fights with each other about stupid things like in "I'm Mad" when Yakko and Dot were arguing over every little thing and even making stuff up to get the other in trouble, while Wakko was staying out of it like a third party. But at the end of the day, no matter how mad they may be at each other, they have each other's backs and will do anything for them, no matter how far those lengths could ever be such as in Wakko's Wish when he goes away for a whole year by himself to earn money to pay for Dot's operation, or when Yakko tries to stand up for Wakko when his Ha' penny was stolen, or when Yakko tells Dot her a story to help her sleep, or when Yakko and Wakko ready them for their adventure to get to the wishing star for Dot, etc. Or in Cutie and the Beast when Yakko and Wakko annoy and torment Taz for hurting Dot.

Their dynamic is so strong I love it too much!

Kurogiri is a mom

*Kurogiri and Giran sitting at the bar*

Giran: So, how’s it been with all of the new recruits?

Kurogiri: Busy, to say the least.

Giran: Yeah, I guess it would be when they’re all coming up with strategies-

Shigaraki, running into the room with Dabi chasing him: Mom, make Dabi leave me alone!

Dabi: I didn’t even do anything! He’s the one who you should be mad at!

Kurogiri: What was it this time?

Shigaraki: He picked his nose and now he’s trying to rub it on me!

Dabi: Not true!

Kurogiri: Dabi, I told you to stop doing that, so stop it or you’re grounded.

Mustard, storming into the room: Mom, Toga won’t get out of the bathroom! I need to shit and she knows that but she’s still in there!

Toga from the washroom: I’m brushing my teeth, you pest!

Mustard: For an hour!?

Kurogiri: Toga, just brush your teeth in the kitchen sink.

Toga: I need the mirror!

Mustard: Go find one! I need the fucking toilet or I’m literally going to shit myself!

Toga: Just go outside!

Kurogiri: Just do what you’re told, Toga.

Mr. Compress from the door: Hey, Mom, is it cool if me and Muscular go kill people?

Kurogiri, pinching the bridge of his nose: No, we’re laying low for a while.

Mr. Compress: Please? We’ll be quick and-

Kurogiri: I said no and that means no!

Twice: Mom, Moonfish ate a dude outside! I actually murdered him myself.

Kurogiri, inhaling deeply and massaging his temples: Twice, just go sit down.

Twice: What, why? I hate you!

Magne, strolling in sweetly: Mom, can we get candy? Spinner reminded me I haven’t had candy in forever so now I want it.

Kurogiri, pouring himself a drink: No, go eat something else we already have.

Magne: But, Mom-

Kurogiri: I’ll make you some grilled cheese in a little while, okay?

Magne: Okay!

The rest of the villains: I want grilled cheese!

Kurogiri: Be good and you’ll get it!

Kurogiri, turning back to Giran and downing the shot: So as I was saying, it’s been pretty busy around here.

*Deku and Bakugou forced to clean the dorms*

Deku, mumble singing: Hmm, but you didn’t have to-

Bakugou: DEKU DON’T

Sero, runs in: CUT ME OFF!

Kirishima, screams from kitchen: MAKE OUT LIKE IT NEVER HAPPEND-

LoV Twister Headcanons

- So, the League of Villains play games together all the time, whether they’re card games, board games, video games, whatever and every time Shigaraki plays, he spazzes out. So when they play twister and Shigaraki has to reach out to place his hand on a dot that isn’t close to him because someone else’s hand or foot is there, he uses his quirk to scare them out of his spot.

- This either stops the game or encourages the others to use their quirks (or weapons for Toga’s sake) for the same reason, making the game very dangerous and difficult, especially when it comes out of nowhere.

- Spinner is automatically the spinner, despite how many times he has vocalized his desire to join them. However, when Spinner’s your name, the spinner is your destiny. At least that’s how Mr. Compress explained it.

-  Everyone, especially Mustard since his arms and legs are really short compared to the others, also does it to try to make Spinner spin again if it’s too hard to do.

- Kurogiri is the referee and tells them that if they keep it up, they will have to stop playing.

- He played once and lost so now he just does this ^.

- Playing with Moonfish can be a challenge since he only plays with his legs, which means his balance isn’t great, resulting in him landing on people and getting them out that way. That, and he drools a lot so the others have to try to avoid it getting on their hands and placing their hand in it, causing them to slip.

- Then, there’s his more deliberate cheating when he’s about to fall over and uses his teeth to catch himself. 

- Magne has used her quirk not only to move people out of her spot but to just make them lose balance in general. For the longest time, no one knew she was doing it as it was so subtle but when Mr. Compress was totally balanced and not in an awkward position and fell, they all caught on and wouldn’t let her play with them the next three times they played.

- She has also used it on the spinner thing to make it so she doesn’t do things that she deems unreasonable. Everyone’s suspicious but no one has caught on yet and she plans on keeping it that way.

- Spinner will sometimes change it if he’s mad at a specific person or all of them, which is the vast majority of the time.

- Dabi is more direct and open about knocking people over as he will literally push any one of them over, except for Muscular because he tried once and the latter nearly killed him for it.

- Muscular, much to everyone’s surprise, is just there to have fun and doesn’t cheat at all.

- Mustard swears profusely whenever he is inconvenienced.

- Toga and Twice have made an alliance. Like, if Toga’s about to fall, Twice will make a clone to catch her and if he’s about to fall, she will either pull or push him back into his position.

- The others hate this so much that they usually target them first to get them out.

- Toga is usually the winner regardless.

- Once Shigaraki gets out, he pesters Kurogiri to make them end the game and pouts every time since Kurogiri says no.

- One time Giran walked in when they were playing and they spent the rest of the day trying to make sure he didn’t tell anyone else. This consists of Twice cloning himself to hold him in place, Kurogiri making a portal at all exits that lead back to the room in case he escapes Twice, and the others either brandish their weapons or quirks (or both in Mustard’s case) to ensure that he keeps his mouth shut.
