Hm, unlikely. While Bill is theoretically reproductively capable, we have no idea if the red crown is or isn't. Also if it is, Bill and the red crown are likely different species. I will however draw my best approximation of what a child between the two would look like.

The red crown is agender and uses it/it's pronouns! Theoretically you could use she/her for the crown, but it would probably kill you with its tentacles. And of course you can have more billcrown art!
