Art dump (and yapping)! (TW: Forced surgery/experimentation and character death) These are some of my OC's, though they technically share the same body. They're all from a world called Aliswale, where there is a civil war that had led to the creation of dragonbloods (mortals with dragon organs surgically placed into them)
Here's Leo, who is the "host body" for their own soul and a dragon soul. They were created at a testing facility called Erion, where they had to endure painful experiments and training (which was how they gained a lot of their scars). Eventually, the head scientist, Dr. Quasi felt remorse for the young dragonblood. So, he injected what was the embodiment of rage of the failed dragonblood experiments into Leo. This gave them enough strength to attack the doctors and escape the facility.
Here's Reian, a Life Dragon, turned corrupted due to the kidnapping (and slaughtering) of her own children. Her children's bodies were taken to attempt to create more dragonbloods (though those surgery attempts failed). She soon was taken and killed as well, but the surgery combining her and an elf was successful. When the host escaped, her soul fully reawakened and attempted to fight herself out at first. But over time, she realized that the elf was just a child, and they didn't have anyone to turn to. So, she took on the role of protector for them.
This is her "mortal" form. She used to take upon this form to better approach those much smaller than her, though she still stood at a good 8 feet tall (her real form stood about 20 feet tall).
This is Sere, Reian's sister. She is the Draconic Goddess of Death in Aliswale, though she prefers to stay out of her dragon form if she can (it is annoying for her to travel around at times). She initially wanted to kill all dragonbloods in an attempt to free the dragon souls until she realized that it wasn't productive to do so. Instead, she shifted her focus on finding a way to stop more dragonbloods from being created.
There are a few other characters, but I think I'll stop yapping for now!
